Non-traditional chimney such as wood, chase, metal, or thin brick?  We can help.  We have noticed over the last 10+ years that a lot of homes are being built with a non-masonary chimney.  These are fine, but over time the metal 'pan' on the top begans to rust and will start to leak.  We reccomend replacing it with a stainless steel chimney pan.  They look great and last a lifetime.  Call for a quote.
